1. SHIPMENT
(1)Sample by Express like DHL/Fedex/UPS, usually 3-5 days to the whole world, some special places
may need around 7 days to reach.
(2)Mass order(>100Kg) by Boat, or by Train, or by Truck. Time range around 15days-45days, need
check separately.

2. ARTWORK & LOGO FORMAT
We prefer LOGO file in format .EPS, .AI, .CDR (in vector format with fonts converted to outlines or
curves), we can also accept PDF , PNG , JPG file.

4. SAMPLE POLICY
