1. SHIPMENT (1)Sample by Express like DHL/Fedex/UPS, usually 3-5 days to the whole world, some special places may need around 7 days to reach. (2)Mass order(>100Kg) by Boat, or by Train, or by Truck. Time range around 15days-45days, need check separately. (3)NOTE: Please always make sure the CORRECT CONTACT NAME, CORRECT PHONE NUMBER and CORRECT EMAIL, very very important!
2. ARTWORK & LOGO FORMAT We prefer LOGO file in format .EPS, .AI, .CDR (in vector format with fonts converted to outlines or curves), we can also accept PDF , PNG , JPG file.
3. PAYMENT We accept a variety of payment options, including PayPal, Western Union, Bank Transfer. Deposit and balance ratio is negotiable.
4. SAMPLE POLICY We have free samples available for several products, we would be happy to send you a product sample, but you need to pay for shipping cost, if you need sample with your logo, fee range is $20-$200.
